Shipping & Delivery

Douglas & Kaldi currently delivers to Ireland & the UK and our prices can be displayed in Euro or UK by clicking on the dropdown menu on the product pages.
Our delivery costs to Ireland & the Uk range from €3.85 to €37.50. An estimate of delivery charges can be created at the shopping cart stage. Please allow approximate 10 days for delivery. We dispatch in stock orders within 3 working days on receipt of payment. Stock delivered direct from our wholesaler shall be dispatched with 5 working days.

Return Goods

Returned goods should be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date of dispatch of goods along with original labels packaging. A full refund will be offered if returned within 7 days.
